Paolo Lucidi (Udine, 1974) and Luca Pevere (Udine, 1977) met each other at the Milan Polytechnic, where they graduated in Industrial Design.

Lucidi spent a brief period in the studio of Piero Lissoni and following that has worked alongside Marc Sadler for several years. Pevere learnt with Clino Trini Castelli and with Marco Ferreri, the pragmatic heir to Bruno Munari.

In 2006 they left Milan and formed the Studio LucidiPevere based in Udine.
Among the prizes won: in 2009 the Red Dot Design Award, with the Core project, the third prize in Young & Design with the Wien project, as well as special commendation in Young & Design with the Carioca project.
